Prior to applying the body scrub, it is recommended to cleanse your skin with a gentle body wash or soap. This helps remove any surface impurities and allows the scrub to penetrate deeper into the skin.

  • Once your skin is clean and damp, take a generous amount of the body scrub and apply it to your body using gentle pressure, circular motions for about 30 seconds.

  • Start from your feet and work your way up, ensuring to cover all areas, including elbows, knees, and other rough patches. Allow the body scrub to sit on your skin for 2 minutes or so, allowing the exfoliating ingredients to work their magic.

  • Rinse off the body scrub thoroughly with warm water. Ensure that all scrub particles are completely removed from your skin.

After rinsing, gently pat your skin dry with a clean towel. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as this can cause unnecessary friction and potential damage to the freshly exfoliated skin. Follow up with a moisturizer or body lotion to replenish and nourish your skin. The exfoliation process can leave your skin more receptive to hydration, making it an ideal time to apply a moisturizing product.
It is generally recommended to use a body scrub once or twice a week, depending on your skin's sensitivity and tolerance. Over exfoliating can lead to skin irritation, so it is important to find a balance that works for you.

Additionally, if you have any skin conditions or concerns, it is advisable to consult a dermatologist before incorporating a body scrub into your skincare routine.
